BARS is a technique created by Gary M. Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer.  There are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, releases anything that doesn't allow you to receive.  These points contain all the limiting thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored over your lifetime since childhood.  Why do you think that we all KNOW what we need to have good relationships, but just can't seem to follow-through or get out of the same patterns?  Some of the points include limiting beliefs about being unkind to yourself, creativity, creating connections with others, money, control, the aging process, hopes & dreams, joy & sadness, and healing. 

As points are gently touched on the head, questions are asked about the stressors in your life.  After you say the answers out loud, a clearing statement is said afterwards out loud.  The clearing statement has no 'actual meaning,' when said out loud, is meant to clear the stress from your physical body so it is not as much of a load on the immune system.  An effective way to clear such repeating patterns is to clear the original memory stuck in your mind.  This is done by combining techniques learned from the Healing Code by Alexander Loyd and Ben Johnson.  Oftentimes it can feel like a relief to release old stuck patterns, but can also take a lot of energy to do so because we hold onto them so dearly.  It is best to drink a lot of water after each BARS session.  BARS sessions are often referred to as "talking sessions."
