Don't forget your shoes

Our posture and alignment starts from the feet up.  If you get relief from pain with massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, etc., but the relief does not seem to hold for long, you will want to investigate your posture in daily activities, which includes the shoes that you wear.  Are they supporting your body frame properly or causing chronic imbalances?
