Evaluating recommendations based on your stress level

Many a times when you are working on a health concern, you look up different remedies to try, and there may be many options available to you.  Do you ever feel overwhelmed at which ones to try first, or feel like you need to do them all?  When evaluating which ones to try, see how you feel about each one.  Do any make you feel more stressed out about implementing them into your life?  If a recommendation does, it may not be the best time for you right now.  It is best to choose therapies that you feel you can incorporate into your life without causing more stress, as stress always makes health concerns worse.
