It is amazing just how much grief can affect the body physically. These days our lives are so busy that we just do not have time to grieve in our own unique way. As with other emotions pushed under the rug, our bodies may rebel in infinite ways. It is important to make that connection so that we may heal properly. Don't hesitate to reach out to grief support groups, look into counseling, read books on grieving, or start journaling. There is no wrong or right way to grieve, you just have to acknowledge it and continue to process the best way you know how- your body will thank you for it.
