Pick a day to do your food prep

To set yourself up for success in implementing a good nutrition plan, it takes planning and prepping of food so that you do not easily opt for convenience food.  You are basically making your own healthy convenience food that is ready at any moment.  Pick one day a week to wash and chop your vegetables, and make snacks or meals for the whole week.  Play music in the background so it doesn't feel like such a chore, and get the whole family to do it with you so it can count as quality family time.
