Things great sleepers do differently

1. No electronics in the bedroom
2. Invest in blackout curtains or blinds
3. Set a bedtime routine that includes a regular bedtime even on the weekends.  Options include taking a bath or shower at night, getting clothes and/or lunch ready for the next day to feel prepared, or journal your thoughts or things you are grateful for
4. Replace your mattress every 10 years.  Try out a variety of mattresses so you can find the best one for you
5. Incorporate a sleep mask, earplugs, or white noise machine/app
6. Keep thermometer cooler at night
7. Eliminate caffeine
8. Keep active all throughout the day
