Ways to exercise without realizing it

1. Play tourist: Even if you are not on vacation, you can play tourist in your own hometown or somewhere not too far away.  Walk around to museums or new places.
2. Hike: A gorgeous view and the calming sense of nature can help rejuvenate.  Hiking anywhere benefits physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
3. Dance: You don't have to be a good dancer, just break out into your own moves when you listen to the music you love- even if it is only for 5 minutes.
4. Clean the house: Instead of thinking of cleaning the house as a chore, think of it as a way for you to be active and accomplishing something that will help create an environment you love coming home to.  Blast your favorite music, and dance while you clean.
5. Build a standing desk to benefit your posture, strengthen your legs, and spend the day being more productive.
